The REACH For Wellness Community Coalition is a group of citizens and health organizations who collaborate to bring about a desired effect in educating, building capacity and advocating for the prevention of cardiovascular disease.  Members include representatives from religious institutions, community groups, health-related organizations, colleges and universities and legislators.
